Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery average timeframes are as follows:

  • Local Delivery: 1 business day (Claremont, NH, USA).
  • USPS First Class Mail: 1-5 business days.
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days.
  • USPS Media Mail: 2-8 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days (next-day to 2nd day by 6pm).
  • UPS Ground: 3-5 business days.
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day (next day economy delivery).
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (next day). 
  • UPS Next Day Air Early: 1 business day (next day morning).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories.
